Ali Bararsani began his career at Savills Studley, Downtown L.A. branch in 2000. Ali grew up in Grosse Point Shores, Mi. Upon moving to Los Angeles, working mainly in residential sales, he discovered a stronger drive towards urban planning and swiftly switched gears to commercial real estate investment sales, private debt/equity and development transactions. His client roster now ranges from high net worth private family offices, business owners, developers, institutional clientele, private equity and sovereign wealth funds.
From 2002 to 2007, Ali worked in the realm of tenant representation/corporate services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, as well as Crestridge Partners, a boutique structured finance firm based in Newport Beach. During this time he honed his skills in the analysis of tax credits, close examination of Adaptive Reuse bylaws and the transitioning of assets from historic office buildings into creative office or hotels.Ali’s forte is both market & off market transactions and is currently working on several development and redevelopment transactions on an exclusive/non-exclusive basis in Downtown Los Angeles, Angelino Heights, Silver Lake and West LA.
Ali is a community driven individual. When he is not working tirelessly to develop our urban landscape, he volunteers his time to the Los Angeles Youth Network, raising money for after school programs to keep kids off the street and help prepare our younger generation for a bright future.
