Owen Taubman is a native Californian born in Los Angeles and raised in Silicon Valley. His family roots both in the Entertainment and Technology Industries instilled him with an innate sense of showmanship combined with an “anything is possible” sales persona. After graduating with honors, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in Florida, he returned to Los Angeles where he joined Saxon + Partners Presents as a Sales Partner.
Representing both established and new talent in the advertising business, he successfully bridged the shifting paradigms of new media, and social networking resulting in multi -platform campaigns for a variety of brands including Home Depot, Apple, ATT, Jeep and Toyota. While working on automotive accounts he honed his sales skills recognizing (next to a home purchase, of course), buying a car is the most expensive item people will pay for in their lifetime.
Owen has always been interested in housing development, as he watched his uncle design, build and sell spec homes in the seaside town of Santa Cruz. With the boom in Silicon Valley he witnessed the rapid appreciation of his own family homes in the highly desirable Monterey Bay Area. His attention to detail and his authentic approach engages his clients with trust. Analyzing the marketplace, Owen approaches real estate understanding the significant investment buyers and sellers make, and the value of his role delivering satisfaction.
