Culver City

Join a family-centric community that welcomes businesses and mom and pop restaurants in one of our Culver City houses for sale. The art and design communities have grown their industries here. The postindustrial stretch of Culver City—the Culver City Hayden Tract—now houses sci-fi inspired architecture and has attracted high-profile commercial tenants such as Nike and Beats by Dre. The NFL Network Studio, National Public Radio West, and Sony Pictures Entertainment have headquarters in Culver City. Getting in and out of Culver City by public transportation is easy. Culver City has a well-networked bus and rail system. The Culver City Bus operates within Culver City, and the Los Angeles Metro Expo Line transit system provides a light rail connection from Culver City to Downtown Los Angeles to the east, and Santa Monica to the west.

People live and work in Culver City because there are tons of great places to eat and hang out along Washington and Culver Boulevards. Attractions include the Kirk Douglas Theater, the Culver Hotel, the Helms Bakery Building, and Father’s Office, a gastropub with a big patio known for gourmet burgers and dozens of craft beers on tap. Families enjoy lively performances at the Kirk Douglas Theater and sampling fresh fruits and tasty treats at the Tuesday afternoon Farmer’s Market in downtown Culver City. In the evening, enter the famous Chef Ben Ford’s Filling Station restaurant, known for wowing crowds with his handcrafted feasts of enormous proportions—a whole pig roast, paella for eighty, burgers for the block.
